We offer engagement sessions all throughout Colorado. You can include one in your wedding collection, or book a standalone session with our team.

The Process

Here’s what to expect when working with us for your engagement photos.

Inquire & Book

To get started, all you need to do is fill out the contact form and get in touch. I’ll email you back within 48 hours to continue the conversation!

Planning

We’ll help you pick a location, and take care of any permits needed for the session. If your session is included in your wedding package, you’ll be working with the same photographer.

Session

Your photographer will meet you at the location and time we set up. Your session will be an hour long. You’ll have so much fun taking photos, the time will fly by!

Delivery

We’ll edit the best photos and deliver them around 4 weeks after your session. You’ll get an email with a link to an online gallery where you can download the photos.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our team is in high demand during wedding peak season (May – October), and may not be available for weekend dates. If we do have availability, it is common for us to be booked 8-10 weeks out. If you are open to a weekday or an off-peak session date, reach out 4-6 weeks before you’d like your session.

Keep in mind, editing your session will take about 4 weeks. So if you need your photos by a particular date, make sure you are planning with the editing time factored in.

Our sessions start at $600, but many locations in Colorado require permit fees, which are additional outside of Boulder County and Jefferson County. We also add travel fees once the travel time for our team is longer than 2 hours. If you are planning a mountain location or a national park for your session, we recommend budgeting for an additional $200-$300 for fees.

We have a small trusted team of LGBTQ+ affirming photographers. We have hand selected them because of their years of experience, quality of work, and focus on supporting you during your engagement session. If you are booked with us for your wedding, we will make sure you work with the same photographer for your engagement and wedding.

We recommend wearing clothes that you’re comfortable in, and make you feel like your best self. The wedding day is for that black tie fashion, so feel free to dress a little more casually for your engagement photos. That said, we’ll embrace any outfit you love and run with it, so if you show up in a ballgown we’ll be thrilled.

We’re always up for chasing a blizzard or embracing the rain, but if the weather is not on your side the day of the session we can absolutely reschedule! We’ll find another day your photographer is available and arrange a new date and time for the session. We just ask that you let us know that you’d like to reschedule at least four hours before the time of your session in case your photographer needs to travel.
